Lawyer and senior executive with more than 30 years of international experience in energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, and logistics. He is a founding partner of Energyum, where he leads the origination and structuring of cross-border energy businesses, with a special focus on integrating the Argentine and Brazilian markets, commercializing natural gas and electric power, developing LNG projects, and attracting investment to Vaca Muerta.
Since 2019 he has served as CEO of Zona Franca Zapala, a project whose design, construction, launch, and international expansion he led, establishing it as a strategic hub for the Vaca Muerta energy industry.
He built part of his career at Shell International, with positions in The Hague, Buenos Aires, and London, and later advised companies such as Petrobras Argentina and Mitsubishi Corporation. He is a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, an Oil & Gas specialist, and is registered with the OAB São Paulo. He has extensive experience in P&L management, business development, international negotiation, regulation, and government relations.
Of Argentine and Italian nationality and based in Brazil, he is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Italian, in addition to intermediate French and basic Dutch.
